Have you ever dreamed of dancing like Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers? Or gracing a Broadway stage? Then you might be destined to be a jazz dancer!
Jazz is a fun and funky dance style. It blends the rhythms of African dance forms, the upbeat energy of Swing and Lindy Hop, the pizzaz of Broadway and the fluidity and grace of Ballet. Together, these styles merge to become one of the grooviest dance styles around. It is also a very fun workout.
Together we will work of finding our inner groove while increasing our flexibility and strength. No dance experience necessary! All you need is a desire to move to the music.
Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing and lightweight, flat footwear, such as a running shoe or jazz shoe.
