Through its artistry and physicality, dance supports overall physical, emotional and social wellbeing. Regular dancing also helps develop skills and confidence, while enriching your day-to-day life through creative expression.
This class is designed to be done from either a seated or standing position to accommodate a variety of mobility needs. Together we will work on developing our strength, flexibility, musicality and creativity through gentle, but fun, dances. Expect lots of great music, movement options to suit your personal needs and opportunities to connect with your dancing friends from a safe distance. No dance experience needed!
Participants are asked to wear comfortable clothing and lightweight, flat footwear, such as a running shoe.
