Customer Feedback Policy - We want to hear from you!

We value hearing from residents and want to make sure your questions and comments are directed to the right place. To help with this, we’ve put a new process in place for public feedback.

If you have a question, concern, or suggestion about Township services, programs, or day-to-day operations, please contact municipal staff directly. Staff are responsible for handling operations and are best equipped to provide answers or take action.

Council’s role is to represent the community, set overall direction and policy, and make decisions that guide the Township’s future. Council members do not handle individual service requests or operational issues.

By sharing your feedback with staff, you help ensure that concerns are addressed fairly, consistently, and in accordance with Township procedures — and that Council can focus on the broader priorities that shape our community.
