MINUTES OF THE REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
The Regular Meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Assiginack was held in the Council Chambers on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at 5:00 p.m.

THAT the Regular Meeting of the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Assiginack be opened for business at 5:00pm, with a quorum of members present, with Mayor Ham presiding in the Chair. CARRIED
AGENDA:

THAT the agenda for this meeting be amended by adding Item #9 In Camera Session and then approved. CARRIED
DISCLOSURE OF PECUNIARY INTEREST:

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Councillor Moggy informed Council that the Museum Advisory Committee was holding a planning meeting for the municipality’s 150th anniversary. The meeting is scheduled for February 11th at 7:00 pm at the Museum. All are welcome to attend.
