Seniors, come and move and get fit to music with dance instructor Candice. You exercise seated or standing to music. No partner required. Free thanks to a grant from New Horizons Senior Program. Taking place Thursdays from 3-4 pm. Starting September 28th to November 30th, 2023. Register online here.
